Welcome to the Scouts Unit
Scouts unit is for kids aged 11 to 14 years.
Explore the Unknown…
Scouts is for boys and girls aged 11-14 and focus on developing their confidence, learning important life skills and how to work as part of a team.
We learn essential outdoor safety skills as well as participate in a variety of physical and intellectual challenges. The programs are designed to target and develop each young person’s own special interests and hobbies.
Scouts will also get the opportunity to take part and lead adventures that might include activities such as abseiling, low and high ropes courses, archery, bushwalking and water activities such as sailing, canoeing and rafting. All under the guidance of trained leaders and instructors.
As a Scout, you get to choose what you want to do, and your Leaders are there to provide guidance and support required to ensure that everyone stays safe and has a fantastic experience.
Our Reguler Meetings
We meet in our Scout Den every week. Given the Scouts unit have grown, we now have two Scout section nights per week. You will be attending one section night per week.
Thursday or Friday Nights
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
